Attorney-at-Law – Specialist in Tax Law and Family Law.

Elena Hardi studied law at the University of Bielefeld and gained her first practical experience during her studies, including at a law firm specializing in business law and a criminal law firm.

During her legal clerkship in the judicial district of the Hamm Court of Appeals, she worked, among other places, at the criminal court, the public prosecutor’s office, and a renowned law firm in Kiev. She also served as a lecturer at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences.

As an attorney, Ms. Hardi focuses her practice on tax law, family law, and criminal law. In the fields of tax law and family law, Attorney Hardi holds the title “Specialist Attorney for Family Law” and “Specialist Attorney for Tax Law”.

Attorney Hardi has extensive experience in criminal defense. A particular emphasis is placed on the defense of entrepreneurs in economic and tax criminal law, as well as in regulatory offense law.
