The law firm with its headquarters in Billerbeck is a specialized law and notary firm. We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team and build their own department.

Independent handling of cases and mandates

Attending court hearings and official appointments

Assisting with legal issues

Your profile:

Notary and Lawyer Assistants

You impress with your confident, self-assured, and friendly demeanor towards clients and executives. You have completed vocational training as a legal assistant and ideally have relevant professional experience as well as excellent proficiency in MS Office programs. You handle your tasks independently, with concentration and reliability, and are able to respond flexibly and reliably to various demands, even under time pressure. A sense of responsibility and clear and friendly communication skills complete your profile.

Your responsibilities include:

Handling case-related tasks and office work
Drafting documents independently and from dictation
Generating invoices (including on the basis of the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act, RVG)
Coordinating appointments and monitoring deadlines
Managing correspondence
